Provider agrees to deliver the following service: Lease a Website — 7-Day $1 Trial.

Total price: $1 for 7 days. Payment schedule: $1 due upon signing for a 7-day trial period. No further charges during the trial..

This is a 7-day trial agreement beginning on the date of signing. The Client pays $1 to receive a fully functional landing page for 7 days. After the trial period ends, the Client will be prompted to sign a regular Lease a Website agreement at $500 down + $249/month on a 3-month contract. If the Client chooses not to continue, no further charges will be applied.

Weekly website maintenance and weekly content updates are not included during the trial period. These become available after committing to a full 3-month lease agreement.

Estimated completion: 24 hours, based on prompt client communication.

The Client is entitled to 2 home page revisions during the design phase. The final approved home page design will serve as the visual template for the overall website, and all subsequent pages will follow this established design direction.

SF Web Development retains ownership of the website. Client has use of the site for the duration of the 7-day trial period only.

The $1 trial fee is non-refundable.

The Client may choose not to continue after the 7-day trial with no penalty and no further charges. The $1 trial fee is non-refundable.

Client agrees to maintain good communication and provide content as needed during the trial period.

If the Client does not have existing content or a logo, the Provider will generate a temporary logo and website content using AI resources tailored to the Client's business, including service descriptions and other necessary copy. The Client may provide their own content or logo at any time to replace the AI-generated materials.

The Provider treats all Client personal and financial information with the highest level of care and confidentiality. In the event that setup of payment processing systems requires sensitive information, including but not limited to Social Security numbers, bank account details, or tax identification numbers, the Client acknowledges that such information may be exchanged during an in-person private meeting between the Client and the Provider. In the unlikely event of an unauthorized disclosure, data breach, or other negative occurrence involving such sensitive information, the Provider shall not be held liable. By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with providing such information and grants permission to proceed accordingly.

After the 7-day trial period ends, the Client will be reminded to sign a regular Lease a Website agreement to continue service. The regular lease includes unlimited web pages, weekly maintenance, and weekly content updates at $500 down + $249/month on a 3-month contract.
